Terms of Use.

1. What this site is

tiling.city showcases tile ranges and takes enquiries for quotes, samples and trade accounts, with supply through our wholesale partner. Using the site means accepting these terms.

2. Supply only — no installation

We supply tiles and related products; we do not install them, and nothing here is installation, waterproofing or building advice. Tiling and waterproofing should be performed by appropriately licensed trades for your state, and pool tiling is specialist work.

3. Quotes, stock & lead times

Quotes are valid as stated on the quote and subject to stock availability. Imported ranges move on international shipping schedules — quoted lead times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Order early for fixed deadlines; we'll always tell you the honest stock position.

4. Colour, batch & product variation

Tiles are fired products: shade variation between batches, and between samples and delivered stock, is inherent to the material (and part of its character). We shade-batch orders and recommend ordering full quantities plus wastage up front. On-screen colours are indicative only — sample before committing.

5. Imagery & trademarks

Photography on this site is used courtesy of the range manufacturers and our suppliers; project names identify installations, not endorsements of this site. Range and brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Returns & consumer guarantees

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and are not excluded by these terms. Change-of-mind returns on special-order and imported lines may not be available or may carry restocking conditions — confirmed clearly on your quote before you commit.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for loss arising from installation workmanship (we don't install), project delays where stock and lead times were quoted honestly, or reliance on indicative on-screen colours. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to re-supply of the goods or services.

We may update these terms; the current version lives here with its date above.
