1. What we collect

Browsing tiling.city requires no account and sets no cookies; we run no analytics or advertising trackers. We collect only what you submit through the enquiry form: your name, contact details, suburb/state and project description.

2. How we use it

To answer your enquiry — quotes, samples, trade setup, technical questions — and to fulfil what you asked for. Where fulfilment runs through our wholesale supplier, the details needed to quote or ship are shared with them for that purpose only. We don't sell your details or add you to marketing lists.

3. How submissions travel

The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party relay, to our enquiries inbox. Don't include anything security-sensitive — project details and contact info are all we need.

4. Retention, access & deletion

Enquiries are kept while useful for serving you, then deleted in periodic clean-ups. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — reply to your enquiry or send a request via the form. Complaints can also go to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
